Lead times

We ship orders of fresh mushrooms Monday to Thursday to ensure they arrive promptly and avoid weekend delays.

  • Fresh Mushrooms: Harvested to order and shipped the same day they’re picked.
  • Please allow 1–3 days before dispatch based on harvest timing.
  • Sterile/Pasteurised substrate and grains are produced daily and we often keep bags on the shelf ready to ship, however we may need extra time to keep up with demand, please allow 5 days preparation time before we dispatch.  
  • Liquid cultures are produced once per week to maintain quality and consistency, please allow up to 7 days before dispatch,
  • Made-to-Order Items (colonised grain, substrate blocks, agar): Please allow 7–21 days for preparation before dispatch.

The Mushroom Mystery Box

A mixed box of fresh gourmet mushrooms — simple as that.

If you’re not sure what to order, or you’re happy to try a variety, this is an easy way to get a selection of our mushrooms without choosing individual types.

Each box contains a mix of freshly harvested mushrooms from our current stock. The exact contents will vary, but may include any combination of:

All mushrooms are grown in small batches and harvested fresh to order.

  • 500g (Perfect for 2-3)
  • 1kg (Great for large families for meal prep)

Dispatch:

Please allow 1–3 days before dispatch depending on harvest timing. Mushrooms are picked at the right stage rather than held in storage.
