Blue Oyster (Pleurotus ostreatus)

A versatile favourite among chefs, Blue Oyster mushrooms feature broad, wavy caps with silvery-blue hues that deepen with age. They offer a mild, slightly woody flavour and a meaty texture that crisps beautifully when pan-seared or roasted.

Best suited for stir-fries, tacos, or vegan pulled “pork” dishes thanks to their ability to absorb sauces and marinades. High in protein, B vitamins, and antioxidants.

Best cooked: Pan-fried, grilled, or roasted.

Shelf life: 5–7 days in fridge. Best enjoyed fresh.

Please allow 1–3 days before dispatch based on harvest timing.

We harvest all mushrooms at their peak to ensure you receive them at their freshest and most flavourful—so they may not be quite ready the moment you place your order.

Grown and prepared in the Midlands, UK.

Allergy information: Our mushrooms are grown on a natural substrate that may contain soya and gluten.

While every effort is made to ensure only clean mushrooms are harvested and packaged, there is a small possibility that trace amounts of substrate may be present.
